Delivery and handling fee in the United Kingdom is £6.99.

Insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Insurance is charged at 1% of the total shipment value. Please note: Eichlers Ltd are not held liable for any damage or loss for un-insured products.
If youd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address when applicable.
International Delivery

Track your Order
To check your order status, just click on the Your orders link at the top of the page, sign in and then View orders.
- Order received means your order hasnt been processed yet.
- Order processing means your order could be at any point between the store receiving it and dispatching your goods.
- Dispatched means your order has left our store. Youll receive an email confirming dispatch. Depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the store.
- Cancelled means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.
If you find that your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location. However, if your order is obviously incomplete, over-delivered or damaged, or if you wish to change or cancel your order, please email sales@eichlerssilver.co.uk or telephone on +44 161 7927244.
Returns Procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within seven days and in original, undamaged packaging.
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods with a prior return authorization from Eichlers Ltd.
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on goods made to your specification or products which you have requested to be engraved, embroidered or personalized in any way, unless they are faulty.
We will refund your original delivery charge only when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.
Unwanted Products: The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the returned products are delivered to Eichlers Ltd at address 13 Bury New Road, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 9JZ, U.K, within seven days of receipt. We strongly recommend items to be sent by tracked service. The purchaser is responsible for shipping charges.
Damaged and Faulty Products: Purchaser must contact Eichlers Ltd at sales@eichlerssilver.co.uk or telephone +44 161 792 7244 to receive a return authorization and shipping information. Any damaged or faulty products returned without a prior authorization will not receive the delivery charge refund. Purchaser must contact Eichlers Ltd within seven days of receipt. |
